I am an Assistant Professor of Finance at the Seidman College of Business, Grand Valley State University.

My primary research interest area is empirical corporate finance, focusing on:

Corporate governance, Corporate social responsibility, and Director labor market

I received my Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Alabama (2025).
